Product introduction

It mainly consists of a structure, a film releasing mechanism (composed of a film holder, a film winding roller, and a film moving roller), an upper and lower discharging chamber, a mold, a heating temperature control system, and an electric automatic control system.

 

The main parts of the machine are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy which meets the requirements of food materials

The machine body is compact, saving working space

Equipped with a simple and easy-to-use control panel with a heating temperature control system

With real-time display function to show the software working status and error, customer can know the working status of the machine at any time and make sure the machine is working normally.

 

Machine working mechanism:

Place the packaging tray in the lower vacuum chamber of the machine

Pull out the rolled film and cover the upper vacuum chamber

The machine first pumps air into the upper vacuum chamber and heats the film

Then the air is pumped into the bottom vacuum chamber to complete the packaging process

 

Applications

Vacuum packaging is a packaging technology widely used in food packaging

It is mainly used for packaging fresh or cooked fish or meat

It maintains the validity of foodstuffs for a longer period

 

Replaceable dies are adopted for customer product upgrades, and one set machine can be used to seal trays of multiple sizes. Customer can change multi-size packing box according to product package.
