·      Technical specifications of the mixer:

o  Mixer capacity: 500_1000_2000 litres.

o  The mixer is made in a conical shape at both ends.

o  The blender is equipped with double reverse blades.

o  The mixer is equipped with a top opening for filling.

o  The mixer is equipped with a motor that is proportional to the materials and the mixing volume, bearing the CE mark, European manufacture.

o  Electrical control panel to drive mixing operations.

o  Control the mixing time electronically.

·      Production capacity:

o  The productivity of the mixer depends on the type of materials to be mixed to achieve the desired homogeneity

·      Electrical panel:

o  Electrical connections take into account the CE safety and protection system according to European standard specifications.

o  All electrical parts of the mixer are protected by electro-thermal magnetic protection breakers against short circuit and overload.

o  All motors are protected by motor overload protection breakers.

·      Paint:

o  All surfaces in contact with materials are made of food-grade stainless steel 304.

o  The body of the mixer is made of iron coated with white thermal paint to give resistance to rust, moisture and scratching due to its hardness and thickness.

o  Electrical supply: 380 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz or according to your request.

o  Temperature: Ambient temperature from 10 – 40 degrees Celsius.
