o  Innovative system including an “Instant On” closing plate with the ability to go from ambient temperature to sealing temperature in 3 seconds.

o  High-speed sealing plate with optical eye actuator allows the operator to seal product on demand and save energy when the wrapper is not in use.

o  Due to the rapid response of the sealing plate and the residual heat contained within the plate after operation, the heating cycle of the sealing plate can be much shorter than 3 seconds, especially when the operator seals several packages in succession.

o  The temperature controller inside the sealing plate regulates the temperature of the sealing plate to ensure that the temperature reaches 185°C (370°F).

o  It is important for the operator to keep the non-stick cover in good condition, not only for safety, but also to protect the sealing plate from damage

o  It is recommended to replace the cover at least once every three months to protect the sealing plate and maintain a hygienic surface.
